FAQs about Orders, Deliveries and COVID-19:
We've got a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand.
Our Goal: to have your order tracking number emailed to you within 1-3 business days (priority shipping will go out before that). Quick heads up tho....it's the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.
If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing moodselfcare.com@gmail.com
with your order # in the subject line.
If your order doesn't ship in 3-5 business days there is likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything please email us asap at moodselfcare.com@gmail.com
